LARRY OLTON

Larry Olton has spent the last 23 years in the financial services sector including the banking, insurance and mutual fund industries. Prior to joining Guardian Asset Management Limited, he was the Senior Manager, Group Marketing & Communications at Republic Bank Ltd., where he had general responsibility for the growth of the product portfolio and corporate brand of the bank and specific oversight for corporate communications, channel management and administration of the marketing and communications function at the bank. He also served as the project manager for the launch of an international debit card at the bank’s Guyana subsidiary.

Prior to Republic Bank, he served in the capacity of Assistant Vice President, Marketing & International Business, at the Unit Trust Corporation.

Prior to joining the UTC, Larry also worked in the Financial Services sector in the following capacities:

• Assistant Manager Credit – First Citizens Bank
• Insurance Sales Representative – Colonial Life Insurance Company
